SWO Plastics is wholly owned and operated by the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate (SWO) of the Lake Traverse Reservation. Located near tribal headquaters in Agency Village, South Dakota, SWO Plastics emphasizes the manufacture of more environmentally-friendly trash can liners.
